Mr. Edward Nicolle, of Cottonville,
who died after a sudden illness, was
born at Cherry Gardens, 69 years ago.
In 1886 he married Amelia, youngest
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Enoch Hobbs.
of Kangarilla. At Sturt he had a gar
den, and was also interested in cows,
taking several prizes in the Adelaide
Show. He has left a widow, two sons,
and five daughters. Two sons were
killed at the war
